Pune, Maharashtra – In a major recognition of its commitment to rural development and agri-sector empowerment, Mahaswarajya Group of Agro Venture (Mahaswarajya FPO Federation) has officially been granted State Level Agency (SLA) status by Maharashtra Agriculture Marketing Board.

This accreditation positions Mahaswarajya Group of Agro Venture (Mahaswarajya FPO Federation) as an authorized agency to undertake key activities related to:

• Procurement of agricultural produce under government-supported schemes (PSS, NAFED, NCCF)
• Implementation of agricultural value chain projects
• Facilitation of input supply, processing, and marketing operations
• Cluster development and support for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)

The SLA status will enable Mahaswarajya Group of Agro Venture (Mahaswarajya FPO Federation) to act as a nodal agency for executing procurement operations in collaboration with central and state-level institutions like NAFED, SFAC, NCCF, and the Department of Agriculture.

The Group will now scale up operations in partnership with FPOs, SHGs, and cooperatives across Maharashtra, promoting transparency, sustainability, and farmer-centric governance in agri-business.
